This questionnaire maps national occupational standards (NOS) from social care, health and other relevant sectors onto the Department of Health's World Class Commissioning competencies. It takes into account the Knowsley Health and Well-Being Partnership Competency Questionnaire (2008), key national drivers, and the draft Competencies for World Class Commissioning in Local Government (2008, Communities and Local Government).
